A man has been charged after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman who entered his car by mistake.
Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command began an investigation on Saturday after an 18-year-old alleged she was assaulted by a man not known to her earlier that day.
Police allege the woman mistakenly entered the man’s car about 2pm on Saturday near Liverpool train station.
It is alleged the man drove the teenager to bushland at Lansdowne in Sydney’s west and allegedly assaulted hexjmtzywr.
Following inquiries, a 53-year-old man was arrested at a unit complex at Castlereagh St in Liverpool on Tuesday afternoon.
He was charged with one count of inciting another to sexually touch them without consent, four counts of sexual intercourse without consent, two counts of sexually touching another person without consent and one count of aggravated sexual assault.
He was refused bail to appear at Liverpool Local Court on Wednesday.
