‘Serious concerns’: Police launch urgent public appeal to locate missing Blue Mountains man

Police have launched an urgent public appeal to locate a man missing from the Blue Mountains, whose family hold “serious concerns” for his wellbeing.

Robert Gordon, 64, was last seen leaving his home on View Rd in Wentworth Falls about 6.30pm on Saturday night.

Officers from the Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified after he did not return home.

Robert’s family and police hold “serious concerns” for his wellbeing as he lives with a medical condition.

Robert is described as being of caucasian appearance, medium build, 170-180cm tall and having short brown hair.

It is not known what Robert was wearing when he left his home.

A NSW Police spokesman said he may be driving a white Nissan Tiida with NSW registration BB06QK.
