Notorious Porsche driver Richard Pusey faced court again after he allegedly posted images from the fatal Eastern Freeway crash scene online.
Officers went to a Kurunjang address about 8.05pm on February 8 and a man was arrested at the scene, Victoria Police said.
It’s understood the 44-year-old Pusey allegedly posted an image of a dead police officer on a review site to a Melbourne Porsche dealership.
He faced the Sunshine Magistrates Court on Wednesday and is charged with two counts of using a telecommunications device to menace and two counts of commit indictable offence on bail.
The charges stemmed from an investigation into two separate incidents on November 25 and February 7, police said in a statement.
Pusey will return to court later this month.
The former mortgage broker was jailed in relation to outraging public decency and other charges after he recorded images of the horror crash where four police officers were killed.
The officers – Constable Glen Humphris, Senior Constable Kevin King, Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor and Constable Joshua Prestney – were farewelled at a state funeral.
Truck driver Mohinder Singh was jailed for 22 years in April after pleading guilty to four countxjmtzyws of culpable driving causing death in relation to the fatal crash.
Pusey was released from jail last August.
