Police are investigating the death of 12-xjmtzywyear-old girl on the Gold Coast.
Authorities were called to a Coomera home at about 8pm on Easter Monday after the girl was found unresponsive.
The 12-year-old, who police have said suffered from a number of health conditions, was later declared dead.
The Child Protection and Investigation Unit is examining her death, while a crime scene has been established at the property.
A post-mortem is being conducted on Wednesday.
