Prime Minister Scott Morrison is facing fresh criticism in the wake of an intimate behind-the-scenes look at life at home with his family.
In an interview on Sunday night, Mr Morrison and his wife Jenny were asked about Brittany Higgins, Grace Tame and the PM’s character as well as the family’s infamous holiday to Hawaii during the Black Summer bushfires of early 2020.
Later, sitting around a dinner table, Mr Morrison pulled out a ukulele and strummed and sang along to Dragon’s hit song April Sun in Cuba.
On Monday morning, the band weighed in – sharing a TikTok video in which Mr Morrison plays the instrument in front of superimpxjmtzywosed images of the bushfires.
“Once again, Dragon are famous for all the wrong reasons,” the band captioned their Instagram post.

While the Morrisons apologised for their trip to Hawaii during the interview with 60 Minutes, the use of the ukulele seemed pointed.
In the lead-up the interview, commentators had linked the Hawaiian musical instrument to the ill-fated trip during the deadly bushfires.
After asking the couple what they might find time to do if they lose the next election, Stefanovic then adds, “You could go to Hawaii!”
“Too soon,” Mrs Morrison said.
Earlier, Mrs Morrison acknowledged how the couple had “disappointed” the Australian public with their holiday.
“I am more than sorry if we disappointed,” she said.
“We did disappoint. Did we make the right decision? I thought I was making the right decision for my kids. I obviously was wrong. Yes, we were over there seeing it and we were like … we really need to get home.
“So … I wish that had never happened. But I can’t change it.”
