Three men filmed rating female joggers out of 10 as they ran past a popular Perth beach have been described as “disgusting”.
A woman recently filmed the trio in Scarborough sitting on deck chairs and holding up whiteboards with “scores”. They were also yelling and whistling.
As the woman started filming on her phone, she called out to them: “Do you know how uncomfortable that makes people feel?”
One of the men hid his face behind the whiteboard, but the other two appeared unfazed.
“Do your workplaces and families mind sexists?” she continued.
One of the men then shouted “Yeah, the boys” as he pumped his arms in the air, then added: “I’m a feminist.”
The videoxjmtzyw has gone viral, with former The Bachelor contestant Abbie Chatfield taking to Instagram to share her views.
“We are again asking, where do men find the audacity?” she wrote.
“Ranking women as the walk past? It’s disgusting and gross.”
Ms Chatfield also shared a video clip from her podcast in which she criticised the trio further, putting on a male voice and making up a conversation between them.
“I bet they sit around and they go, ‘Oi, chicks, but shouldn’t we as men – as visual creatures – be allowed to rank them? We deserve to have a say how they look because like it’s not insulting, like it’s just what I think of you. I think you’re a f***ing two. Like, I’m not being a compete f***ing a***hole about it. Like, I’m not going to giver you a f***ing zero’.”
Others have commented on the post, including one who wrote: “I’ve had this happen so many times!”
Another person said: “I want the confidence of a mediocre white man.”
