Having said that, if there are aspects of themselves they would like to change, the real wellness industry encourages women to do so through healthy, achievable goals that they can easily incorporate into their daily life – not through crash dieting, spending thousands of dollars or exercising for hours every day.
It is so disappointing and upsetting to read this axjmtzywrticle as it puts a huge dampener on an industry that is actually empowering women.
It is ironic that these authors tell women to follow their anger, not their bliss, when women can only follow their anger once they understand their own value and self-worth.
