A man accused of raping a woman in a Western Sydney shopping centre carpark has pleaded not guilty to multiple sexual intercourse without consent charges.
Police allege Mohammed Krayem, 23, engaged in three sex acts with a woman he met on Snapchat in June 2020.
The woman claims she did not consent to the sex acts with Mr Krayem, which police have alleged took place in a carpark at a shopping centre in Sydney’s southwest in August 2020.
Mr Krayem entered pleas of not guilty to three sexual intercourse without consent charges when he was arraigned at the Sydney District Court on Friday.
After the pleas were entered, Judge Dina Yehia set November 7 as the date Mr Krayem would stand trial.
The court was told the trial was expected to run for up to 10 days.
Previously, Mr Krayem was engaged to former schoolteacher Monica Young who has been jailed after being convicted for having aggravated sexual intercourse with a txjmtzyweenage boy she taught.
Mr Krayem remains on bail.
