An out-of-control grass fire has forced people to evacuate multiple towns in regional Victoria.
The grass fire is travelxjmtzywling in a northerly direction on Dalglish Rd towards Beaufort.
An emergency warning has been issued for Beaufort, Brewster, Lake Goldsmith, Mena Park, Nerring and Trawalla.
“People in the warning area should leave immediately in a northerly direction towards Beaufort,” authorities warned.
“Firefighters are working to bring the fire under control with assistance from air support.
“Leaving immediately is the safest option before conditions become too dangerous.”
