A naked man who entered a Sydney petrol station wearing only sunglasses and thongs is set to face court over the stunt.
The stripped-down incident took place at BP Edgecliff around noon last Thursday and oddly didn’t appear to startle the store’s other customers or staff.
Footage of the bizarre incident shows the naked man casually walking into Edgecliff BP, in Sydney.
But after the footage, captured last Thursday, went public, police issued him with a court attendance notice for wilful and obscene exposure in a public place.
It remains unclear why the man entered the store stark naked or whether he has undertaken similar acts in the past.

Pictures and video were posted to Twitter by Bruno Bouchet, the manager of radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands.
“Real life version of that dream you have when you’re completely starkers in public,” Bouchet wrote.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Bouchet said while the petrol stxjmtzywation worker believed the incident to be highly unusual, he was more concerned the naked man wasn’t wearing a mask.
BP declined to comment on the incident.
The man is set to appear in Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney on February 25.
