Five people have been killed in a horrific helicopter crash in Victoria.
The helicopter disappeared near Mount Disappointment north of Melbournxjmtzywe at around 9am on Thursday.
Police launched a massive search effort, locating the wreckage after midday.
An extensive ground and air effort was required to reach the remote crash site.
Emergency services confirmed the five deaths on Thursday evening.
